This document outlines Emperor Servers's stance on Terms of Service regarding the use of the emperorservers.com website ("Site") and associated servers. Emperor Servers LLP is not affiliated with Kunos/Assetto Corsa/Assetto Corsa Competizione, Reiza Studios/Automobilista 2 or Slightly Mad Studios/Project Cars 2 in any way. All trademarks are property of their respective owners in the US and other countries.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any server or linked Site account at any time if the server is causing issues in the network, or if any of the following terms are broken:
Also remember that you are responsible for access to your provisioned server(s), the management and vetting of any and all content uploaded to those servers and actions taken on your server by yourself or your users. Any content that is deemed to be illegal or inappropriate should be removed/reported directly to us. If it is not we reserve the right to suspend or terminate our services to you, and will provide relevant information to authorities if necessary as required by law.
If your server is suspended we will contact you to explain the reason for the suspension, and if appropriate discuss how to get your server back online. If your server is terminated your billing subscription will be automatically and immediately cancelled, and we may contact you if deemed necessary. In the case of a suspended/terminated server we may also suspend/terminate your access to your Site account.
Of course we don't want to ever have to take any of these steps! Our rules are clear and sensible, and as long as you're being reasonable we're sure you'll be fine.
Emperor Servers has the discretion to update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will post a notification on the main page of our Site, revise the updated date at the bottom of this page and send you an email. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about our Terms of Service. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service periodically and become aware of modifications.
By using this Site and/or subscribing to our servers, you signify your acceptance of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Site and/or subscribe to our servers. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these Terms of Service will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
